Sonia Watson-Fowler (she/her) is a coach, consultant, educator and creative who builds inclusive working communities rooted in empathy, courage and real connection.
Founder of Inclusive Communication Consultancy and No Victims Live Here, Sonia brings together coaching, strategic consultancy and creative thinking to help people and organisations navigate challenge with clarity and compassion. Her work is grounded in a belief that empathy is not a soft skill—but a strategic one—and that inclusivity must be lived, not just stated.
No Victims Live Here is both mantra and movement—shaped by Sonia’s coaching ethos: that people thrive when supported to face hard truths without shame, find language for growth, and rewrite the narratives that hold them back. It’s about helping individuals and teams embrace their edges while cultivating calm, confidence and care.
With over a decade in Further Education, a Master’s in Education, and current leadership roles at Factory International and Black Lives in Music, Sonia blends deep expertise with warmth and wit. Her sessions—on inclusive leadership, conflict navigation or wellbeing—offer space to feel seen, think deeply, and act with integrity.
A multidisciplinary writer and performer, Sonia’s creative and non-fiction work explores what it means to live authentically and lead with heart—whether through poetry, commissioned pieces, or her latest work-in-progress examining empathy, resilience and power in everyday life.
